BetMGM has finally launched its online gaming platform in Pennsylvania after a long wait from online gamblers. BetMGM conducted three days of testing before officially launching the online casino, and it is expected to become a huge player in the crowded market.
BetMGM is the 13th online casino to launch in Pennsylvania, one of just four states that currently offer online gambling. Other states are expected to launch iGaming in 2021, but for now, the market is extremely limited in the United States.
The site officially launched on Friday morning after the testing period started early in the morning on Tuesday. This testing period was required by the state of Pennsylvania before the site and mobile app could officially launch.
BetMGM is a part of MGM Resorts International, one of the biggest names in the casino industry in the United States. The name BetMGM should attract plenty of new customers, but the company is relying on an excellent option for players to be the reason why it becomes successful in the state.

BetMGM will have a platform that offers more than 140 games, including the exclusive progressive slots only offered by BetMGM. This company has its own network of progressive slots, and all of that will be offered in Pennsylvania.

BetMGM is hoping to use several partnerships with professional sports teams to help become a huge player in the US sports betting industry. In late November, BetMGM announced that it had reached an agreement with the Pittsburgh Steelers to become the team’s official sports betting partner.
The company also has sports betting partnerships with five other NFL teams, and it will be looking to partner with other teams in the state of Pennsylvania. Along with the Steelers, BetMGM has partnered with the Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets, and Tennessee Titans.
