Unibet PA is set to unveil a pair of Philadelphia Eagles themed games at its online casino. Unibet is operated by the Kindred Group, and the parent company made the official announcement earlier this week.
Pala Interactive provides the technology for Unibet PA, and that group has been working behind the scenes to prepare for this launch. Eagles Blackjack and the Eagles Online Slot will be the two games set to be released by the group.
Eagles BlackJack is actually already available to bettors on the Unibet PA app, and the game utilizes the black and dark green color screen. The phrase, “Fly Eagles Fly,” is also visible on the felt while in the game. 
There is no official date for the launch of the Eagles Online Slot game, but it is expected to launch at some point in 2020. The company is hoping to use the popularity of the Philadelphia Eagles to attract new customers to the mobile app.
The Philadelphia Eagles released a statement this week praising Unibet and the Kindred Group for their innovation and for being an industry leader. These games are not limited to just fans of the Eagles as Steelers fans can play as well.
Long-Standing Partnership
Unibet and the Philadelphia Eagles first formed a partnership in 2019 as the casino operator became an official casino partner of the professional football team. Through this deal, Unibet was able to receive a branding presence inside of Lincoln Financial Field.
The Eagles have several other deals with companies, but Unibet was able to promote its brand in some of the most prominent spots inside of the stadium. The company’s logo is visible on the Eagle’s Nest Tower and can also be seen on the digital billboard outside of the stadium.
An Official Sports Betting Partner
Unibet did not stop with just being a casino partner of the team, as this partnership now extends into the sports betting industry. Unibet is not as well known as some other sports betting operators in Pennsylvania, but that could soon change.
Just last week, the Philadelphia Eagles announced that they have added Unibet as an official sports betting partner of the team. That is the third such deal that the team has announced since the 2020 NFL season has begun.
Since the two groups already had an existing partnership, Unibet can add its sports betting offering to the current deal. The Eagles will continue to promote the brand but will highlight the sportsbook as well as the casino.
Setting a Trend
Other casino operators throughout the United States will be keeping a close eye on the success of these games. If this proves to be a successful venture, don’t be surprised to see other casino operators looking for professional sports teams as partners.
DraftKings Casino has already launched some sport-themed games, but they do not have any professional sports team attached. That could soon change, and online casinos in New Jersey or Michigan could look to do the same.
