A week ago, William Hill launched their online casino in New Jersey citing it to be a soft launch with only a few table and slots games are available, as of writing this. Now, William Hill has a partnership with Evolution to bring live dealers to its online casino. Evolution is the industry leader in Live Casino products.
“We are very proud to have been selected by William Hill US. Our Live Casino solutions have been instrumental in helping to make William Hill’s Live Casino a stand-out offering in regulated European markets. We very much look forward to achieving the same high levels of success for William Hill in the United State,” said Johan Nordstrom, Chief Executive Officer Malta and Chief Commercial Officer at Evolution, commented on the partnership.
Evolution just found a nice partner in William Hill to help the U.K. sports betting operator grow its online casino in New Jersey. Right now, Evolution will be only handling Live Dealer games for William Hill in the Garden State, but the long-term view is much bigger.
William Hill has operations in over 10 states across the U.S. and it will only continue to grow thanks to the $3.7 billion acquisition from Caesar’s Entertainment. Today is New Jersey, but tomorrow could bring more U.S. states for Evolution to capitalize.
The idea is for William Hill to grow its online casino in New Jersey with Evolution’s technology. Last week, William Hill had a soft launch for their online casino consisting of three slots games and five table games. Now, with the Evolution partnership, this should help grow the online casino.
Evolution has multiple iGaming partnerships including DraftKings and BetMGM. The iGaming company looks to continue to grow its market share with online gaming, especially as the coronavirus pandemic keeps casinos closed, or at limited capacity.
Thanks to the William Hill and Caesar’s acquisition, Caesar’s could get 10% of the iGaming market share, according to reports. Evolution has a chance to capitalize on the partnership funnel that has been created over the last two weeks.
William Hill in the U.S.
William Hill has been making big money moves over the last few weeks. In late August, William Hill took over Caesar’s Nevada casinos from CG Technology. Then, a month later they were acquired by Caesar’s Entertainment in a $3.7 billion acquisition allowing William Hill to take over all of Caesar’s sports betting operations.
Along with their own sportsbooks, they are now operating at over 100 casinos and racetracks across the country. Now, they have a legit iGaming partner in Evolution to help grow its online casino in New Jersey.
Originally launching in the U.S. in 2012, William Hill has grown into an industry leader for gaming and sports betting, and they aren’t done. The U.K. sports betting operator now has leverage with being under the Caesar’s umbrella as they will be able to enter new states to launch sports betting operations as soon as possible.
The cross-over between William Hill and Caesar’s sharing customers and combining the spots betting app and online casino app is only going to attract customers to the betting operator.
